You are on Steemit, but where are your real life friends?!
Whatever your path to Steemit was, you happened along the platform and embraced it! You saw an opportunity to be a part of the very beginning of a grand experiment, and you took it! Congrats!

No doubt you have fallen in love with the opportunity to retain value for every word you write and be monetarily compensated for it! You also probably see the potential for Steemit to become a part of virtually everyone's social media repertoire. I see it as well!
With so many different aspects of the Steem blockchain, even on a solo journey it can be overwhelming and disorientating.

As we get lost in the deep space of the Steemit platform, communicating, learning and connecting with those on the platform, the real world can almost seem distant.

However, as you spend energy on the Steemit blockchain, ultimately trying to build lasting connections, do not forget about the greatest connections you have already built, your friends and family in the real World.

Not only will the bonds go the deepest with your real World connections, but wouldn't you want the closest people in your life to be at the beginning of what could be one helluva ride!
Spend some time walking your friends thru Steemit and understanding cryptocurrency, and further solidify the strength of those relationships as Steemit launches into space and beyond!

It would be great if all my Facebook friends were on Steemit. Someday they will learn. In the meantime all we can do is share with and teach our friends.

This project is so super that it's kinda hard to explain it all to my friends lol. Thanks for sharing, interesting post!
Start by explaining the things they will understand. Keep things easy and simple at first and have them come to you with questions instead of just trying to tell them everything. It helps.
My family knows I’m on Steemit, they are not driven to build a following as I am, I like your message to connect our real world to Steemit thanks upvoted!
