If you build it, they will come! Tips for Steemit SUCCESS!
Steemit is an opportunity, and if you approach it like that, you are already more likely to do well on this platform.
Because of the decentralized nature of the steem blockchain, Steemit is not like your typical company, there are no set advertising campaigns, instead it is being built by word of mouth. And it is working!
Steemit is ranked in the top 1800 websites worldwide, and climbing!
Ok, now that we understand that, lets focus on the Steemit itself. Steemit was set up on the Steem blockchain by the creators of the Steem blockchain, Ned, Scott and Dan Larimer as a social media interface build on top of their creation, as a way to showcase the Steem blockchains abilities and functions, and how it is different and better than bitcoin for some aspects of use for businesses(1.5 sec block times and free on-chain transactions).
This is where the opportunity is! We have this amazing platform to use and build on. To some building is a tech term, but it is also a, pull up your sleeves and break a sweat, term.
What do I mean?
I mean you may not find a lot of similar interests on here, or people who think the same as you, and followers are not easy to get. This means that the beginning is when you will have to do the most work with the least reward. That is okay, because we are building!

Instead of focusing on how quickly you gain followers or rewards, focus on creating passionate content and passionately interacting with people you find interesting and you will soon find out you are building your path to Steemit success!
