Good point! But we need to balance everything out because these high ranking users are already there. They don't need our approval to continue themselves in this platform but it should be our fellow minnows WHO NEEDS THEIR FELLOW SMALL FISH to get motivated. Once they are lucky enough to succeed first then who else would be supporting you but them since you were the evident person who has given them acknowledgement before.
