I think you are onto something here, someone else today was lamenting how Dtube seemed to be overwhelming the written word in popularity, if every tweet also goes under your "blog" tab then that is going to get real messy in a hurry, we really need ways to sort for the source.
This is why I'm a really big fan of SMTs. I don't have too much trust in the devs. But they are developing something essential. A platform needs to have a purpose, vision and identity. If you take various supercars like Lamborghini Bugatti, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce etc. they are all different and if you try to combine the styles it'll be a disaster.
I was thinking more about this and these tweet like posts should just be classified as comments for the purposes of organization.
