The Sunday Promote Your Post Live Show With @FreedomExists and @KarenCarrens - 7-9PM EST and 12-2AM UTC

Hello to all you great Steemers out there I hope this post finds you well. It's Sunday evening so guess what that means? Yes that right it's time for another Promote Your Post show where I invite you all to come along and grab some extra upvotes and resteems. Tonight I am delighted to tell you all that my assistant host again will be the fabulous @karencarrens. During last Thursday's show Karen performed an amazing job as assistant host in what is an intense role. I'm sure she will be brilliant again tonight. I also hope to find out a little more of what Karen is about and what she looks for on Steemit.

• 3 minutes presentation with your link dropped in the chatroom
• 3 minutes group discussion time
