Steem and Steemit may be the best thing to happen to Bitcoin since, ever

When you consider all the people that are joining. Many of them do not even know what Bitcoin is. Even though Steem is not Bitcoin, it is exchanged for it.

When I first started I knew what Bitcoin was, but had never explored it much. Now I feel like a seasoned crypto-currency enthusiast. All thanks to Steem, @ned, and @dan, and everyone else behind the scenes. Thanks a lot guys. Big thumbs-up.

I am sure that I am not alone. How many of you reading this were new to Bitcoin before joining steemit?
