ok, ill just list a things of what will the park have
a stage,
a gathering place for everyone
comfortable benches equally distributed so most can sit in comfort.
lights at night
tv screens for new and crypto, and steem promos
bicycle road all around the park
te park would have open tents so you could have fun even in the rain.
there would be dedicated places for poetry reading,
dedicated place for music,
there would be smart trashbins
rentable bicycles for cryptos (very cheap)
the park would house an outdoor gym
a small space with ramps for BMX and skaters
very important, a park hall, closed structure, there is a cafe, or something, (its warm there)
the grass is green there, with many flowers and beautiful things.
it will have dedicated space for painters/artists, to draw models.
active athletic guards on duty, non judgemental guards. they are there to only protect the park and visitors nothing else.
the dancefloors would be outside, and also in the large hall inside.
there will be a quiet side of park, dubbed, maze, fairly large area, soundproofed for enjoyment of silence and birds, benches and tables for everyone to sit and chat.
cctv cameras will be non existent. as there will be plenty of guards. and sane visitors.
healthy food stands with biodegradable packaging., fruites and vegetables.
there will be a small hall attached to the large hall for smaller gathering and conferences.

Я думаю, что нужен парк, чтобы в нем было комфортно всем. Чтобы была там и сцена и танцплощадка и лавочки и цветы... всего понемногу. Чтобы люди всех возрастов могли здесь отдохнуть и испытать радость от пребывания в этом парке.
