ASC - PROCESS OF MAKING KEYCHAIN ACRYLIC

Aceh Steemit Community - This time we will share something about the way or process of making Keychain made from Acrylic

***Acrylic*** is used for products containing ingredients derived from acrylic acid or similar compounds. This term is most often used to describe clear plastic like glass known as poly (methyl) methacrylate (PMMA). PMMA, also called acrylic glass, has properties that make it a better choice for many products that may have also been made of glass.

**Well, we just go to the process of making it. The basic stage is we have to make the design drawing or writing that we want to make as image in our keychain later**

For this, myself use CorelDraw to create the drawing design and size, I made it in two size versions (8x6cm and 5x3cm).

**After the design is ready, then we will convert the image and size to the cutting software**

This is acrylic cutter software, here we will set the material size. Ie acrylic thickness, and here I use material with 5inc thickness

**And for cutting tools we use Laser Cutting machine**
