💡Federal Prisoners are On Steemit💡
That’s right. You read the title correctly.
Steemit is growing so much that even Federal prisoners locked up behind bars are hearing about Steemit and joining and blogging here.
So I talked to a friend last night who has a brother in a Federal Prison Camp for a white collar crime. They get to talking and the brother mentions how he found a site where he can make money while locked up. The website he mentions is none other than STEEMIT..
Well of course the first thing I ask is “How”?
My friend tells me that at the prison camps it’s fairly common for prisoners to have smartphones, even though it’s contraband.
But honestly, does it come as such a surprise that even people locked up behind bars are hearing about Steemit ?

You know what? Prison is one giant scam in the US anyways. They are doing wonderful things with violent criminals in Sweden, Norway where they actually dive into the psychology of why they are the way they are. Usually they are the victims of poor upbringing, bad influences, & horrible neighborhoods. Then, they teach them real job skills & let them work like carpentry, plumbing, painting etc. giving them a real purpose. So I think it's great!

Pretty risky considering that the fine for being found with a phone adds months to their sentence and the person smuggling the phone in risks jail time along with a large fine
I agree 100%.... I heard they can lose "good-time" if caught, like you mentioned,they could have months more to serve if caught.
