The journey is different for everybody. The first couple days I jumped into vegan I was raw so my energies were good, but along the journey you can have some days of fatigue, especially when detox kicks in. Your adrenal glands, being so used to stimulation from meat hormones, may experience a drop. For the most part the raw will keep you energized.

I was raw plus fish and rice today :D
