@guggis Good info my friend. I was finding the same info that how to get notifications. They don't have app for Android ? This is official app by steemit or the third party app ??
No app is official. But all the 3 options doesn't ask for your credentials. So you are safe. Also they are very trustworthy.
Also for the android you can use "esteem" app for Android phone, but I haven't used it. Most people use esteem so I believe is trustworthy.
