Wow i was out for a whole month? 

A whole month passed and i was away from Steemit and all of you? 

But Why?

UNIVERSITY 

I will try to keep it briefly although i can't guarantee anything, you know me i tend to write a lot. I was about to graduate from the university 1 and a half year ago. During that time the government announced that my university, (which was at first a technological institute and then became university of applied sciences) will merge with another one. The "new" university was and still is supposed to be something like an upgrade and that means the same for our degrees. So as you can guess mostly everyone wanted to continue and take the new and upgraded degree.

Literally, 1 year we did nothing but waiting for all of this to be organised and stuff, so in other words we had 1 year of vacation/waste of time/find a part time job. Then they told us that because we got this upgrade we can't have the degree for free so every faculty will add some extra lessons and that we had to be students once more. Particularly for my faculty they said that they would add just 3 extra lessons. A little bit after that it was announced that whoever wanted to continue with the old system and take the "old" degree had 3 days to sign for it. Mostly nobody did it cause 3 extra lessons is nothing!

Incoming Plot Twist

When the time came, around 6 months ago and we got ready to become students again a new announcement appeared. The total number of lesson we had to pass were 15 and those would be divided in 2 semesters! From 3 to 15 yeah! You can imagine the frustration and anger and after a lot of "work" (fights/swearing/politics) between students and teachers, teachers vs teachers, students vs students, everyone vs government etc etc they narrow it down for every faculty, mine went to 8.

It may seems that everything is in order now but it's much much worse. Most of the online systems that we have either don't work or have serious issues and the teachers merged from 2 different universities so as you can imagine there is some "tension" between them. The fun thing is that we may became one University but we have 2 different areas that lessons are conducted. Thankfully, for us the students each faculty has one only one of these 2 areas as a base but sadly the teachers have to move to their representing faculty.

What does this mean?

This means that some have already their established offices and own space and the others one got an old building that i didn't even know it existed and have their offices there. Ofc they don't like it and where do you think that anger is forwarded? (spoiler alert-----> Students). Also, all the extra lessons that were added are different for the students of the previous university A and B and that basically means that we do each others older lessons. The students that came from university A have lessons that i have already passed and vice versa. As you can imagine the teachers that i have are theirs and the same applies for them too. It's like i am in first semester all over!

Previously we had lab lessons in which it was mandatory to watch them and it was once a week for 1-2 hours. Imagine that you have the lesson of statistic analysis. We had the theory and the lab in where we used programs like Excel,Spss,Musa etc etc. Now the labs don't exist and as such the mandatory presence but they divided each lesson to 2-3 parts. Theory, Case Studies, Team Assignments in which for some reason we have 3 different teachers and we need to come each time or else we gonna fail the lesson. If we miss one of them we fail both 2 or 3 parts and therefore the lesson. The teachers write down our names each time we go like back in school :P 

That ofc isn't allowed as the classes aren't mandatory but most of the teachers have the need to punish us for our sins :p The Director of each faculty doesn't give a fuck cause nothing is actually working and have more serious issues to deal with, so we just need to go with the flow. 

Anyway for the past month i had exams, many lessons to attend and assignments to deal with and now i have way more :P. I have 5 lessons x 3=15 (i mentioned it before). I have gotten better at understanding what the new teachers want, what to do and what don't as well as have some funny stories to tell you. Hopefully, at least 3 times a week i am gonna post something!
