I was thinking to make Steemit ice cream for a while, but I wasn't sure what flavour I wanted. For sure something that is a bit unusual. (probably not unusual for some of us.)

The challenging part is the steemit chocolate decoration and the chocolate bowls.

The ingredients

The cashews I soaked in water for 5 hours and drained it afterwards.

After 5 hours, I mixed the drained cashews with the coconut cream (or coconut milk if you prefer that) and milk.

Now we beat the eggs and the sugar

Beat the whipping cream and add all ingredients together. Mix well and put it in an ice cream machine. After 50 minutes it is done and ready to freeze in the freezer. If you don't have an ice cream machine, it's completely fine. I think you can just use a handmixer.

When its handwarm we are ready to put the chocolate into a zip lock bag

After 1,5 hour(s). The first one was a disaster, maybe you can spot the one!

Going to bed and the next morning the ice cream is completely frozen

Ready to make the chocolate bowls. We need balloons, cups, baking spray(oil).

We blow the balloons and spray them with baking spray (oil).

Now with the chocolate in a zip lock bag, we pour the chocolate over the balloons.

Put some chocolate on parchment paper so the bowl can stand.

After 1,5 hour(s) we can remove the balloons by pricking the balloons with a needle.

Now they look like this:

Not perfect, not neath, but I guess that is what you call ART :-D
