- Every six hours a winner is chosen and will receive 95%-100%** of the @fasl's account balance.***

It's defined by the number of people playing minus 5% maintenance.

yes ... no people are playing so it's at zero ... I'm also adding author rewards to the balance and planning on running power down and adding it to the prize when the steem power reaches 300 (minimum for power down).
