Can someone tell me how to upload a profile pic?

I am new to this and would find very usefully tips, i would like to post my profile pick but dont know how to get the url address they ask for!

Hey Buddy :)

u need to open ur picture then press right click on it and u take: copy grafic adresse
ther u go with ur url :)
(only works if u already uploaded this picture onanother page like facebook) if not try postimage.com as i-gorand said :)
