HELP!!!

So i got a new phone and i tried login my steemit account but i keeps saying invalid password.
The good part is i didnt sell the old phone, so i tried changing the password but didnt work instead i get this

"We are unable to recover this account, it has not changed ownership recently."

Please how do i login steemit on my new phone because the old phone one is bad.
