As you can see we post almost every day, and try to post 1-3 times a day. We normally post 1 photo of the day, and 1-2 posts from the website, and a totally new steemit exclusive once per week.

                       

Our reputation has was 57.6 on October 6th and has gone up too 63.5. We think that by the end of November we will be at a 70 reputation score. We feel this helps us in receiving larger rewards that we can power up for the long term.

Overall rewards growth has been strong, and appears to be growing regularly. With over 500 followers the growth and support from the steemit community has been really great. We have also been able to pull in some of our supporter from Facebook and twitter. This has added to the overall community, and has helped us to grow quickly.

 As you can see in order to grow quickly you have to add followers, and expecting to grow only organically will not be enough. You have to be aggressive, and add steemit plugins to your website. Share your posts to other social media, and invite other people. Your personal brand or company brand should be supported by your main team members, and you should support them. By working together you will grow faster, and gain attention within the different feeds.

Since we don't have as many options to help the STEEM price we have been doing the following.

1. Buying STEEM on the way down with Bitcoin mining profits
2. Converting some STEEM to SD
3. Sending STEEM to others
4. Powering up STEEM
5. Use our SD to promote posts
   Is there anything else our small team should be doing?

We hope our monthly report helps others to make the best of steemit and to grow their viewership.
