What about implementing RobinHoodWhale's mechanism on top of @steemit account?

That's it! Just one simple question. For those of you who don't know @steemit account is biggest whale on the steemit platform (with $80 millions in SP and SBD). But this account doesn't vote as it intentionally created as fund of the platform itself. I think using it as RobinHoodWhale (not with 100% power of vote) would make huge difference for newcomers to the platform alluring them to participate in the community much more actively.
