Good Idea.
I'd said something similar earlier although I called it a Legacy Pool.
It, or something like it definitely needs to be done.

      I'm a wanna be author. Steemit fits my writing style (episodic).
      It pays, which is better than no pay.
      But the 'long tail' or 'backlist' would be nice.
