My Steemit Story

My name is Esther but I prefer using Astar as the spelling.. I am funny but can also act weird..
I've got so many friends
Out of those friends, I have @estherikott as one of them..
She's one in a million friend.. You know why??
She introduced me to steemit...
I know you will smile cos of the reason she's my one in a million friend but you might never understand how much that means to me

I joined steemit 8 days ago but I'll say that steemit has changed my life.. Yes it has(i'm not exaggerating)
At first it was hard for me to understand the whole thing and how it was.. When I made my introductory post, I was just confused on what to do that I had do disturb the hell out of @estherikott..
It was fun though..
I got many Upvote that I never thought I'll have as a newbie...
I joined the steemit uyo/calabar group on watsapp and there I started learning how steemit works

Some Benefits I've Gotten From Steemit
I must say that my encounter with steemit these few days has benefitted me and has made me learn alot
Though I've not made alot of SBD but the experience is worth more than the SBD..
Nowadays, everything I see seems to inspire me to write thus improving my writing skills
Everyday I get to know people and this adds to my friends list
Reading people's article and stories has made me understand how other people understand life
Reading health article has also made me cautious about my health.... I mean the list is just endless

Steemit to me has changed the lives of people financially..
When I scroll through people's post and see lots of Upvote and the SBD they've made I'm always like, wow! Steemit is great..
I had thought my friend was joking when she told me you don't need to register with any money but I just believed when I registered..
I now make money at the comfort of my home
I can now subscribe and recharge my phone without going to big sis
I no longer ask mum/dad for small small money again... All because of steemit
Now I smile when I see my SBD rising
