Hello, go to imgshare.org and browse for the pic you want to upload.. scroll down and click on upload. You will see a progress bar. Once done, click on the icon of your picture, this should open another page with the full view of your pic. Copy the URL and come back to steemit. Click on settings and paste where you see "profile picture url". Click on save. Hope this helps!
