Engagement on Steemit has gone up a notch in the last few days. There are more comments and peoples votes are worth more than ever before.

@unipsycho has created several wonderful apps for Steemit. SteemWriter is my go to app for composing posts.
AutoSteem
@unipsycho has also created another very useful browser app AutoSteem. This lets you autovote on posts, but it is much more than just a voting bot. It has some great additional features for browsing Steemit and can be used even if the voting feature is turned off to look at comments and posts as they happen.
Comments
The comments tab lets you specify keywords or authors to search and as people comment on posts the comments appear here live, in real time. You can then click on the message to be taken to the post in your browser. This is a great way for finding conversations that are happening and also for finding new users that are making interesting comments.

Thank you for this post. I for sure will check our Steem Writer, although I like local installation rather than web apps. Recently I discovered SteemWriter deskptop app, and I actually use it already, and try to get the creator working on this one again to finish it. AutoSteem, will check out as well, although I do not like bot votes, and am of the opinion bots should not be allowed to vote, I'm very interested to learn what AutoSteem can do for me. I am against bots too in general. That turned me off autosteem initially but its actually much more than that and you dont have to use it to vote if you dont want to. Its worth a try. Thanks for the link. Ill check it out.
