Autumn vegetables and fruits contain many vitamins and substances useful for the body, and this will help you avoid another relapse or transfer it with minimal consequences. 3. Find an excuse for laughter. Do you think that in a gloomy autumn day nothing can make you laugh? It is unforgivable to think so in the era of Internet technology. In the World Wide Web, each person can find something that will cause him positive emotions. Funny pictures with seals, witty aphorisms, fascinating comedy series, funny stories - all and not enumerate. Select at least 10 minutes a day to get distracted from everything and laugh heartily. And do not blame yourself for the waste of time: laughter prolongs life, so you do not have fun, but make a useful contribution to your future. 4. Meet with people you like. Autumn is the ideal time for a friendly get-together. What can be more pleasant than communicating with people dear to you to the accompaniment of rain. Just do not turn it into an evening of complaints, better express everything that lies on the soul with a stone, and go on more enjoyable topics. 5. Make your own gifts Start a useful habit of making yourself a small gift every day. It does not have to be a purchase, just think about what you would like to do for yourself. For example, allow yourself one evening to lie in bed with your favorite book. Home affairs were, is and will be ... your free time. Therefore, it is not a sin to postpone them for tomorrow. Allow yourself a little weakness, because it's so nice. 6. Focus on good Note, in many religions, it is customary to thank God every day for every little thing. It does not matter whether you are an atheist or a believer, you can use this principle for your own good. When the believer in the evening prayer thanked God, he listed all the positive moments of the day: a delicious dinner, good weather, comfortable clothes, harvest, etc. That is, the person focused on the good, thus simultaneously convincing himself that in his life there are many positive moments.
