I think resteems could be one of many signals that determine this property. Comments, resteems, and upvotes, all with various weighting, and spam removals. I also think there should be a separate section with $$$ just so we can keep tabs on junk that is slipping by the cracks that should be flagged. Nice suggestion. I have yet to see how this 1up works, but something is off about it... I guess maybe not enough people use it. It's a good idea to reward within that system though.
