I am doing a similar thing with my project @thundercurator. It is a manual curation service that checks for plagiarism and picture authenticity and offers a 300% upvote to those it deems worthy and resteem with custom comment. All plagiarized work will be flagged and the "bid" be kept and used to increase power. I see a lot of bot abuse and people losing a lot of money trying to get exposure. I hope you get some traction with your program and we can make better content more visible and rewarded.
