After taking my time and reviewing the large amount of details and good information on the platform, there is a detail that has attracted my attention.
I noticed that it is possible to observe the amount of Steem Power of each account, as well as the estimated value in dollars of each of them.
That is, it is in the public view of anyone who wants to investigate any Steemit account.
At first I thought it was very nice and nice, the possibility to check and check some accounts. Do some analysis and why not say it? Give free rein to my curiosity.
Yesterday I was with my 10-year-old niece and she asked me: "Uncle, do not you think it could be dangerous for a thief to want to hurt you and rob you?" ... I was frozen.
The truth so far had not seen it like this, although I live in a country not easy, where there are many dangers.
There I was curious again and I started to check a bit on Google and I could know different stories about crimes, kidnappings and extortion that have suffered some people, who have high amounts of money in Steemit.
This situation worried me and it was a wake-up call for me to make this post and find out what users think about it, about this situation.
I think it is good that by rules of the platform and its own dynamics, things are done that way, but I think that the security and tranquility of the users is much more important.
Perhaps a review of this topic should be made, which is undoubtedly very important and delicate for all of us.
Although my account barely reaches 100 dollars ha ha ha ....... I understand that many have significant amounts invested and we should be more insured.
