How To : Bitmain - Order and Pay

This guide aims to help you through the purchase process in Bitmain. We'll be going through only the most basic purchasing method. Individual consumer website order, not the bulk distributor order method. So I'll run you through the purchase process

Ordering & payment process

• USD WIRE takes longer to confirm (surge in demands)
• Always check with bank to confirm WIRE status
• Contact support & provide sender name if payment confirmed but status still unpaid

Step 1

Create an account in Bitmain

Step 2

Select your desired product

Step 3

Select quantity and add to cart. Please read product notes before proceeding, some may require power supply which might not be included

Step 4

Confirm selection and proceed to cart

Step 5

1. Read & accept terms and proceed to checkout

Step 6

Insert delivery address, choose a courier and press submit

Step 7

You will receive a notification once order has been placed, choose a payment method and submit within 30 minutes.

Step 8

Please select USD WIRE, BTC, or LTC. If you do not select the payment method the order will be cancelled within 30 minutes.

If you do not choose payment method on the above page, you also can choose payment method in [my order] page via [pay] button within 30 minutes or otherwise it will be cancelled. And you also can click [view] button to view more order details.

Step 9

Here you will receive the invoice complete with all details you submitted earlier.

USD WIRE - Payment should be completed under 7 days

BTC/LTC - payment should be completed within 1 hour

ORDER ID is your unique code, which has all your information.
