I've made 2 posts this past week talking about similar issues here on steemit - manily going after bots / paid upvotes and the late view counter (now removed) there definitely needs to be some changes made around here - the fact that you earned / had more interaction than other posts that made it to the trending/hot page seems fishy to say the least. All the best man. Thanks for your honesty.
I was surprised I ran to Aldi and came back to see this post had gotten 120 votes and wasn't hot, hadn't earned much money etc. Honestly its not even all about the money though that is frustrating, sure I'd love to earn more but really more than anything I like getting the recognition and making connections via upvotes and comments, but I sure do wish the money would more evenly match the type of interaction the posts are getting
It's posts like this that make me wish my vote was worth more. The rewards will come - weather the storm.
