Afterthought: Well, it is quite debatable you know. If it pays for hardwork you will agree with me that there are alot of hard working individuals in here who dont see the reward of the hard work. People who are quite talent in making good contents too.
Over time the platform has become and transcend from rewarding good content to blessing the most social in the platform, hence the need for the much talked after post engagement.
