I miss the joy and positivity of the community. The combo of the flag wars and all the bitching I'm really getting weary of it. Be careful not to kill the golden goose is my suggestion.
I feel the same way, look at the numbers, a lot of people left already..... sad but true....
I really hope that people start getting active again after the holidays. And the sissy bitching calms down. Especially this flag wars crap. Redistribution of rewards is a piss poor excuse to Flag. The community votes for posts they like.

Everyone's so busy flagging themselves like steemsports , ozchartart , and @steemvoter is currently being attacked ! Maybe everyone is just getting tired of it all and taking a break for awhile !
