TAGGING YOUR POST;HOW AND WHY GOOD TAGS CONTRIBUTE TO THE VISIBILITY LEVEL OF YOUR POST

Hello steemians,here on steemit,we all cease the opportunity to learn,unlearn and grow,and everyone is everyones root to push each other up.

To the newbies welcome,and just know that you made absolutely no mistake by joining steemit and i hope you make the best of it.

To the main issue,we steemians know the format followed before posting a writeup and we know theres a section for what are called tags and those tags are not just any kind of words,if you tags are not good ones or well selected ones,the visibility of your posts will basically be restricted to only those you send your post links to.

Steemit is a conglomerate of different people in different parts of the world writting about different things,so in true facts ,your posts are supposed to gain lots of votes from all over the world and tags help with this to.Therefore,put the right tags and get the audience.

It is also important to note that the first tag you use is very important and it cannot be changed.Okay,So you may write a post and post and then realise that there are some certain things you want to change,you can change it including your tags but unfortunately not the first and most important tag.lol,i know the frustration,i did everything to change my first tag on a particular post,but well,thats for another day.So be careful when choosing your first tag.

For newbies and even oldbies,lol,it is very important to ask for help,steemit is a very wide platform and learning happens everyday ,so ask questions when confused dont assume you know all.

Tags also tell what your about ,and what a particular post is about especially the first tag and you flock with those of the same feather ,so make your research .As a newbie ,my advice is to write on things that you know would enhance your visibility and choose common tags.Tags are being searched on steemit ,so follow well and observe.

Tags have multiple uses,research ,write,earn ,and write some more and dont forget to have fun.
