if you have sugar you don't need cytokine (also energy)

if you take stimulates (that makes you burn/ work above your recovering limit's)
make sure you "training" and have food or fat to burn out of it!
if you don't have food hydrocarbon based food like sugar
or directly absorbed cytokines / medium triglycerides
you start to unbalance and damaging the whole stuff... wile your fluid and blood balance is decreasing supplement and qualities
brain and cells start dying out of dehydration and starvation...

yes the body benefit's from cleaning it's sugar and some slight fat burn...
and then cytokine energy is directly food for the cells metabolism and repair and all functions during your sleep and rest...

so if body adapts and trains to substances it really fit's reacts to cytokine!
in normal health person
but if you are unbalanced it can be addicted do sugar...
and disregard cytokine witch go away out of body with urine!

so medium triglycerides oil seem s better food tan hydrocarbon sugar!
