Very good for philippines. And should start to implement more tags per country, this would give a bit of diversification, both in culture and in the differentiation of languages, among others
I think it's not a good idea. It's prone to criticism and other nations just don't know the word "pakisama". That will just create divide . . . I guess ^^
but we will always see the same tags. Bitcoin. Life art. The idea is to increase users. Or simply have a more personalized menu
Yes, everyone can create a tag. Just start using one, post about it to appeal to people and build a community using steemit.chat or discord and work together. This post had an underlying message applicable to every steemian
