Are Whales Cashing Out or Already Gone?
Are the top whales already cashed out of steemit and is that why our wallets are constantly dropping as well as the value of steemit? Was steemit just another pyramid scheme for the pioneer inventors and now we are all continuing rudderless with no hope of what initially brought us here, namely money?
I am more than discouraged and would like some truthful answers!

Some have powered down same as some content providers have cashed out. While others have powered up and many have invested.. It will find it's place in the ecosystem, that place just might not be as highly valued as we'd like :)

There are whales left, some did power down, some just transferred their stake into other accounts. SteemIt, Inc. is alive and well, and although they could communicate better in my opinion, I believe they are working on Fabric, (refer to roadmap)
Recently they were talking about hiring more people.
I do think until there is some "news" the price may continue to slide for a bit. The cost of buying influence still seems a bit high, and it could be clearer, what else one should speculate on. I am not a trader and I am new to crypto, so I am presenting my opinion and thoughts only. I think Steem is alive and well.
