Steemit vacation center - Post #2

Hi Steemians!!
Today I bring some news about the project.
In order to make some money to buy the land I contacted people down in Patagonia, and started trading organic fruits. This is part of the whole project, as 100% of the money will be exchanged for land, in where we will build the vacation center.

This are some of the rules that we are considering to apply:

1. All commercial activity have to be done trough STEEM or SBD.
2. All donations are consider credit to spend at place.
3. All donations are valid for lifetime.
4. Up to 50% of the donations can be used also to arrange transportation. Incl airplaine tickets, etc.
5. All the money coming from upvotes and curation, will be use for a prize, wich will include Airplane tickets, local transportation and 1 week stay for 2 people. If the amount rised is not enough, the prize will be credit to spend at the center.
6. All associates will have a mandatory steemit account, in wich guests will be able to TIP for services.
7. All instalations must be eco friendly.
8. All donations, and prizes are 100% transferable.
9. To donate send any Amount of STEEM or SBD to @elbreeder and add to the memo: VACATION CENTER AND CONTACT INFO.
