I often get 'Bandwidth Exceeded' messages and I have to wait several hours before I can comment or post again.
is this the same thing ? or not ?
I have the feeling that 6+ months ago, new users were given a much higher amount of free STeemPower.
New users today only get 15 SP.
and 14.5 of this is delegated.
0.5 is ours.
its so easy for new users to hit bandwidth problems.
