This report is better.
After all it is our responsibility to maintain the quality of this wonderful community.
Next will be filtering the list as to who needs to addressed. I checked the number 1 offender - kamilah - and it seems that it's in cheetah's blacklist.
The next question is, are we getting the actions we need? i.e., getting people to downvote or flag them?
I mean do we really want to do this? What's the result we're looking for doing this? My main point is , are you getting the best of your time for this? Are you getting satisfaction in doing this? Will you still continue doing this even if no one upvotes your post? Or would it be better for you to join with other police enforcers instead of as an individual?

Or is it effective to just Mute them as an individual?
If Muting is the solution, is it feasible for us to broadcast this to the community for them to Mute these accounts?

Beside the "Follow" button in a user's page, there's a "Mute" button beside it.
Oh that! It works only on our feed, I want a cleaner steemit for new 👼
I am doing my bit by reporting them to steemcleaners as my voting power is of no use in flagging them. I will post this report even if there's no audience around because at some point people will realise about cleaning stuff in this system and these reports may be of use. What if some whale notices these and decides to do some cleanup? BTW, Would be nice to join the enforcers 😉
Thank you. Yes we need more people like you. In Japan, if they sense something not right around their homes, they report it to the police. Should be a common knowledge among Steemians to whom to report to for cases like this.
