I don't know the guy or anything about him but I've heard of him. He was at the Wisconsin Meetup with @papa-pepper recently. I got a .001SBD Transfer from him this morning along with this memo.
I go and look at his profile and his rep is -7 anf his last 4 posts or so have been down voted into Oblivion.
Can anybody clue me in as to what's going on?
