Tupac is alive? Again???

So many times i have read a title on some portal or newspapers : Tupac is alive! Few days everybody is talking about it, then everything comes back to normal, and Tupac is dead again. This morning I read an article about a cop who admitted he was a part of a fraud connected to Tupac's faking death.
His name is David Mayers and he claims that he received a payment of 1.5 million dollar to help fake Tupac's death, along with other cops, doctors, nurses... they even found a dead body that looked just like Shakur. It was all organized by Suge Knight, infamous record producer, now doing his time in jail.
Mayers is in his deathbed now in hospital in Vegas. He told to reporter that he must tell truth to the world before he die.
Tupac Amaru Shakur was killed in Las Vegas on 13.09.1996. But was he???
Tupac's death is one of the greatest modern conspiracy theory.
