Posting about Steemit on Steemit - How original!?

in #steemit10 years ago (edited)

Everybody is doing it. I am doing it. It's like when you are writing a book about that same book, or when you rap about your rap, or... imagine that you went on fishing just to let all fish back to sea. From this point of view, it all seems meaningless.

I found so many good posts of other Steemates, they showed me many things I didn't know before. Like tutorial posts, just more human and easier to understand. When I have an idea, or when I notice something what could be useful for someone, I post it. So, if anyone found something helpful in my inexperienced words, I am very glad.

But I also found many posts starting with (circa):

"Steemit is a wonderful world full of magic and joy", or:

"Before I became a Steemer, I was a man", or:

"Steemit is a young rose, ready to blossom! When I login, I hear my mother's voice..."

I don't know where does this people live, I don't know anything about their lives, experiences, about their views on this network... and I'm very glad.

Write about your travels, your work, your adventures, your craziness, your Steemit. Maybe no one will read it, maybe a whale, maybe another newbie who liked your story. Every vote counts!

It's true. I feel the same but some of it kinda makes sense. I recently started following @ozzchartart (he posts steem vs btc trading graphs) and if your a steem whale that would definitely be worth an upvote, definitely a great way to get daily insights to steem graphs, prices and volumes for people with massive amounts of steem. Great idea, well researched and to the point.

I think it will die down eventually its just a new implementation of the "social media" concept so people are trying to work it out.

yes, like facebook ten years ago
