Let's repeat some lessons about flagging (the ugly truth about YOU)
@imranroza, I will not follow you!
On 5 of my 8 last posts I see your comment, simply asking me to upvote you! And you haven't said anything about my post, on which you just commented, you didn't upvote it, you are just harassing me every day and I beg you to stop.
Same for @shaivpidadi, @exortis, @muarju and many other guys who really won't read any words from your post, but they will ask you to follow them without any shame!
And where should I follow you???
Should I do same thing you do?? Because, that would mean that I follow you!
So I checked their blogs, as I always do, and found really slim material made of few words, but when you take a look at their comments, you find this:
So, this is what this guy does!
Somehow, he manages to write a single one comment on English and pastes it - EVERYWHERE! He doesn't read those posts at all!
And this one is my favorite comment:
Once, we all had dignity!
We deserved our followers with hard work and not by being intrusive!
Now, let's repeat what flagging means:

If a comment does not relate to the author's post......in bleujay's opinion it is spam......spamming the post with their agenda.
@ace108 has written a couple of posts regarding this issue.....discovering bots....spammers....and bot spammers.
Now for solutions written into the next HF and witnesses to step up and give solutions to this issue that is reaching a saturation point of disturbance on Steemit.

If I have a lot of votes for one post, like 80 vote or more
The list of users show only around 20 users
My question is how can I display all of them to check who voted the post to can go back and support them !!

Flagging is new to me, but this posts made me realize that upvoting is not the only way to control content. I have noticed the presence of spammers and I was wondering how to deal with it. Flagging is now in my radar. Thanks!
That sux to get that on a constant basis. Hopefully there will be a good way to put these guys to an end. In any case Steem on!

From my point of view this are not really members of our community and don't bring nothing positive to the platform. Just imagine for a secound a new member that just finish his first blog here and then receive this kind of comments... what it will be his/hers impression about our community. But on the long run all this users will abandon their accounts because they are just after the wrong concept of Steemit been a gold mine of free money. Our community is build on creativity, original content and the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy what you are doing here and the rest will follow... so i hope very soon all this "users" will leave us alone! Steem on because you enjoy do it not for the financial reward!

The only reason for flagging is if someone threatens my life. I'd rather ignore the rude people and focus on my supporters and those I support. Energy flows better that way. I don't know you but I am upvoting because your post caught my eye and I appreciate your passion. However, focusing on those who will help us rather than wasting our good energy on people who seem to ruffle our feathers and drain us is a wise way to blow off negative steem. Amen sweet sister @sacka ! This micro-management is very draining - senseless to spin wheels trying to root out an issue that is universally systemic in any open social platform. I will focus on loving, positive vibes among all! Those who only post follow requests will ultimately find themselves in the bottom of tha Steemit barrel regardless and by their own hand...
Let's make this place fun and positive!! We can save a little wiggle room for venting and sarcasm! :P And if we have issues or conflicts we should be able to work them out without being rude and derisive. I like your attitude @lanceman !!

Though a pain in the ass I just usually ignore such users. But as you've called them out, I sure hope they'll have a change of heart. Thanks for sharing :)
