• continued to subsidize, for the 46th week in a row, as the witness revenue is not matching the hardware expenses - the good news being that the depreciation of STEEM (against BTC) wasn't that sharp in the last few weeks. Probably Steemit INC stopping their programmatically selling had something to do with it.
• kept the block size at 65,535
• kept the registration fee at 3 STEEM
• kept the SBD interest at 0%
