I think it is faster moving than stocks for a couple reasons,
1 it has a lot of new users that buy and sell out of panic
2 it runs 24/7 so you have people that wake up and start trading and the market has sometimes changed drasticly overnight while they slept so the go back to rule 1. panic
Well true it has lots of new user . But if they buy in get panicked and sell out that means someday there will be regulatory norms which will make Cryptos illegal before they reach adoption stage 2nd even if it runs 24*7 the ratio of Actual value created by crypto or anything for that manner can not change in a matter of few hours .
