Be The Change :: Support Each Other to Grow Together

We humans have an exceptional ability for goodness, but also a massive power to do harm. We have potential to build or to destroy through motivation. Thus, it is more significant to stimulate an altruistic motivation rather than a self-obsessed one.

So how can we define altruism? It is the wish that “May all be happy” and find the source of happiness. Now, empathy is the influential or perception resonance that guides you, this person is happy, this person is in very sorrow mood. However, empathy alone is not enough. If you keep on being challenged with suffering, you may have empathic pain. So you need to have the maximum sphere of loving-kindness.

So how can we differentiate empathy to selfishness? Groucho Marx said, "Why should I care about future generations? What have they ever done for me?" The billionaire Steve Forbes, on Fox News, said almost the same thing, but this time little seriously.

But we can improve our altruistic nature in four weeks, 20 minutes a day, of caring. Awareness and mindful meditation could bring a structural transformation in the brain compared to an authority group. So only twenty minutes a day for four weeks is really required according to Mr. Mathieu Richard.

In the coming future, we can able to do more with less, and we continue to prosper qualitatively, but not quantitatively. We need strict economics. The Homo economics cannot able to deal with poverty in the middle of plenty cannot able to deal with the issue of the common goods of the atmosphere. If you say economics should show empathy, they say, "That's not our job." But if you think they don't bother, that looks bad. We need local dedication, global obligation. We need to enhance altruism to the other 1.6 million species.

"Every man must decide whether they will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness". --Martin Luther King -- So, long lives the altruistic revolution”

It is the whole concept of paying it forward. Doing something unconditionally for another person, especially someone you didn't previously know, often results in that person paying forward that same gesture. Ultimately, we all share in sharing.

Totally agree!

Your thought is inspiring, good job.

We are all in this together..and we have more in common than most people would admit.

That's why I always believed in treating people the way you want to be treated. It sounds so simple butt most people don't practice this and it affects their ability to motivate.

One of the qualities that we badly need is being selflessly helpful and compassionate.

Yes thats an awesome post from @dommaraju
But here in steemit this is really ment to be taught, for people to learn. To upvote new steemians vote. Everyone want to upvote the whales and dolphins forgeting the minnows.

I think we can form a charity foundation on the steem platform and deposit money for charity purposes . any penny we share can turn in a huge amount of money.becuase steem have strong and big communty. I think we can make good use of the capacity of the blockchain technology for charity. This is not hard to send money to many countries with blockchain technology. I mean there is no limitness and sanction in it.
Sorry for my bad english.

The question should be more like what will the future generation do to help my children and or grand-children seeing I may not live very long to experience the possibilities.

Future generations will have their time, work and contribution to give during their adult life and to make the world more of a better place for themselves and other generations to come. That is, if the world should last that long.

This is real life man, real life.

Martin Luther King was a great man and in your text you've used of my the most favorite and the most powerful quotes . Completely and fully agree with your thoughts. It's so good to feel that you can make a change in this world by being more open to help others, not only seeing your own problems .
Thank you for such an important post!

@travelmuse Thank You. While busy solving our problems we need to extend our support to other people.

That's really a great mindset you have here. People are forgetting their humanity. 'Everyone for itself' mindset has completely destroying the helping trait for humans. People don't recognize that only with help of others they can achieve heights.
Thanks for reminding us this @dommaraju

Yes, @cryptonet Yes Only by helping each other We can achieve heights.

@dommaraju, your blogs are some of the best in steemit. I am captivated every time I read your blog.
We are seeing some extreme tendencies with regard to empathy in society today. While one section is loosing it fast, there is another section of society compensating and balancing the act and providing much needed soothness around. Humanity and empathy will prevail in the end. Truth always prevails. God Bless 😊👍

@topdog Thanks You. We only wish world can balance one day...
