Anthony Fantano, the internet's busiest music nerd, has joined steemit. I think having his outstanding reviews and commentary will be huge for the steemit and dtube platforms. It really says something about steemit that a YouTuber with over a million subscribers would try out the site.

I believe this marks a turning point in the landscape of social media. YouTube is a great platform, but the ad revenue issues that accompany it might have social media personas testing the waters on other sites. Steemit is the perfect place for these social media personas to move to. They can make some Steem Back Dollars and be a part of something great on the ground floor.
