Maybe a part of it they transfer to other accounts, but anyway it good that this happens, the Steempower goes from week hands to strong hands, or lets say from people who don't believe in Steemit anymore to people who are believers, which is a good thing, and the power gets more distributed from a few to a lot of people, it is a process which have to be done.....
Well, powerdown are now 13 weeks old, it started at the beginning of december and finished now, at least for the people who started to powerdown after the Hardfork16, berniesanders for example powered all his SP down, so if the ones who wanna be out of steemit, they are out now, so less liquid Steem will hit the market, price will start to go up.
