STEEMIT and BitShares use DPOS, not UXTO/Hashgraph.

Thanks. Do there some coins who want to use that UXTO/Hashgraph and market themselves as next IOTA?(good gains from pump)

as I described in the article, swirlds also uses hashgraph as well. as for gains from pumps, you're on your own there.
