Did Steemit Make a New Noah's Boat For The 21st Century?
I would like to say my opinion about the new Steemit model that will work with hard fork 20. Much changed, but the main power remained with investors who decide on further development of Steemit. New users will not be able to give many comments or posts within a single day, but users with Mana (RCS) will be able to delegate the Resource Credits to other users. This is good for several reasons :
-1. Investors with Steem Power decide who they will support to have enough Mana for comments and posts.Perhaps the delegation will be charged, but I am sure that in this way all investors have the responsibility to support only honest users, not spammers.
-2. In this way, a greater decentralization of power has been made, now all investors are deciding on the development, education and inflow of new users. When you've invested money, I'm sure you do not want to throw it if you already help somebody, then that person needs to earn our support.
-3. New projects will be developed, which will be filtered for those who are working in the field who want to progress professionally and personally. This means that new websites and projects based on Steem blockchain will motivate new users with RCS delegation (Mana).
-4. Steemit will become an exclusive project and business network, it will increase the value of Steem. This means that the quality of posts, investors and businessmen will be enhanced as one compact community. Steemit is becoming a decentralized blockchain of the state, and in order to become its citizens, we have to invest money and loyalty.

More attention will be paid to educating new users than to the number of comments and writing, this is the right thing to launch a new dynamic of real business education, as we did in Steem Schools https://discord.gg/q9VEn5n . Now we will make more professionalism and he will attract new investors and customers.
When we have moral norms that we respect then it is not a problem to make the best project in the world as a Steemit community. Now we have a chance to make together a modern Noah's Ship that will help all honest users to live in a new and better blockchain world. It's not enough to just bring new users to Steemit, because a small number of users are investing money, and the number of new users is increasing disproportionately and that we have many spammers. Now every user with Steem Power has the responsibility to introduce to Steemit and who will support it, and in this way, we achieve an increase in quality. It is normal for investors to decide on their money, Steemit is a business network and we have a large number of projects designed to stimulate and support all high-quality and honest users. I can not expect to get in with somebody in the house, accept me with food etc., and then turn my back on him like I've experienced many times myself. Now is the best time to invest in Steem Power, Steem's value is very small and will soon jump to heavenly heights.

I think your spot on with this posts. To be honest, we need more people to join, but we need the right kind of people to join. By that I mean we need people whom really believe in the project and are in it for the long run, not just for the fast gains !

May be your right. But it become bit confusing. It difficulty for minnows. People will feel complicated and frustrated. They want something easy and understandable. Minnows will feel difficult. They will be ignored and they will left.

That's why it's important to be informed before they start working on Steemit, because otherwise we had many spammers.
Truly now it would be more easy to sieve through shitty posts to read because spammer won't naturally keep steem power just to spam. So the RC update keeps some sanity in check. And will also encourage more people to invest in their steem power if they want to stay relevant on the platform. I never really understood the hardfork this much till i read your post. Makes a lotta sense.
