There are an easy way of adding tables to your post in steemit. I will let you know how to use simple Markdown codes here. Let's start.
This is how we code Tables.
Colons can be used to align columns.
| Tables | Are | Cool |

| col 3 is | right-aligned | $1600 |
| col 2 is | centered | $12 |
| zebra stripes | are neat | $1 |
Using markdown:
