What gives me inspiration to keep moving forward?? Here is a little pick-me-up for today :)

What gives me motivation in my life?? What gives you motivation in yours? We all have so much going on with ourselves these days its very easy to get caught up in hype, to get caught up in the daily grind which we have let ourselves slip into day after day. This is a state of semi-consciousness that allows us the ability to skip over things in life which we need to divert more of our valuable attention too.
How many of you out there find yourselves waking up, or starting your day in a mood which you know inst the right one, but you conform to it as you begin your day? I know I sure have lots of days that start like this... Ultimately this affects those who interact with you and around you, which at the end of the day... is not good!
You do this because its whats you've always done, its what society and general populations of people conform to and practice.... its what a human being gets caught up in easily but how they counter-act it is whats important ... I call it my comfort zone, because at a point, it becomes easier for someone to just accept that mood and go about the day dealing with it RATHER than taking the moment to stop, re-evaluate the negative feelings and emotions (and why you feel like that). Stepping out of the comfort zone and using your mind to help you change your mood may be a big step for some, I know it was for me. Its far easier for people to just stay there in the zone they've set up versus changing it and starting fresh, or at least in a happier mindset! And if you think about it or a second, think about the last time you were in a real foul mood... Yes circumstantial situations play a YUGE affect, for example, If you have had a traumatic experience then yes, comfort zone goes out the window (for a short amount of time hopefully)! Im not talking about that though, that is different... im talking about and example like when you post a post to Steemit that you have poured your heart and soul into, receive 3 upvotes and then proceed to watch your post fall to the wayside with the rest on the new page ... that is not the most ecstatic feeling in the world is it??
This is where you need to step up, and not fall into that confrontational conformity that it is so easy to do... These are learning curves and if you cant deal with them appropriately, you'll be in for an emotional roller coaster... Trust me, I've been through it and on here somedays I feel like still am!! It's how you can take that, learn from it and apply it to how you will tackle your next post that makes all the difference.
I know for myself this is very true!! Sometimes when I am busy with work, or if i find myself very busy in the week, I often tend to lose focus on the important things in life like my health, my relationships and my overall happiness is affected because I seem to drown those thoughts out with ones that I think about everyday. I tend to follow my previous actions and continue the same through processes. I find it very difficult to step out of that comfort zone and get up and do something about it.
I do try very hard these days though to make a conscious effort to knowingly make a difference in how I think rationally. I try to listen to and learn from people who try teach the same things, because really, they're teaching most times out of experience.
Take Charles Fuchs, @stackin for example, whom by the way I took a keen interest as of recently, just head over to his blog and see how much effort he puts int Steemit, look at some of the posts he puts up. This is the kind of informational you need to read and watch when you're feeling in an uncomfortable mood for whatever reason, because they automatically lift you up, well they do for me anyways. It automatically makes me want to strive to be more like those I aim at learning from. You don't achieve results like @stackin does by thinking negatively and hoping things will do and fix themselves. Cheers bud and thanks for that!
Here is a YouTube star who I often fall asleep listening too! This guy @Mateusz M on Youtube is brilliant. The most inspirational videos I have ever watched.
This video here below is the one I first heard when getting introduced into how to change your ways of mindful thinking...
Take a minute or two, close your eyes and give this a listen and tell me it doesn't instantly change your mood instantly...?
This is the stuff I like to start my days off with and also what I like the end off my days with sometimes as well... Why not? If it makes me feel good down to the core, I will continue to do so and watch as I reach my goals one by one!!!
Thanks for taking the time to review my posts and feel free to comment on what you are currently thinking or feeling. Good ways to feel good is to find like minded people with the same mindset when it comes to things that make you happy on a deep down inside your guts level...!
Constantly listening to negative people will drain you emotionally and in turn physically. You can act tough and hard on the outside but eventually, it will catch up to you on the inside... The hardest part to realize about this point is (for myself and alot of my peers especially), its often close family and friends that are the worst types of people to grab motivation and inspiration from. That's because these are the people you are often closest too and whom you interaect with on a daily basis, which makes them the hardest to step away from because you are so comfortable with how things are... These are often the people you will turn to first for advice as well. Now, in many situations these are the most dependable people to learn from, I am more so just generalizing as a whole because obviously everyone has a different situation, but often times these people will not see things how YOU do and will often try to bring you back to their level, disregarding how you feel about what you do... We must learn to love these people with all our hearts because they most times genuinely do love and care for us, but we must also learn what we take as gold away from them :)
I hope you all have a wonderful evening and make the most of this beautiful day!
